Measuring change that begins in the body.

Seed to Soul is committed to tracking how trauma-informed, body-based healing supports awareness, regulation, connection, and access for the communities we serve.

why we measure

Healing should be compassionate - and accountable.

Seed to Soul Foundation was created to expand access to trauma-informed, body-based healing for people who may not otherwise receive this kind of support.

As a new nonprofit, we are building our outcomes process from the beginning. That means listening carefully, measuring what we can, and using what we learn to strengthen the program over time.

Our goal is not to overstate impact. Our goal is to track meaningful change with honesty, care, and integrity.

We measure not to reduce healing to numbers, but to better understand what support makes possible.

WHAT WE HOPE TO STRENGTHEN

Change that becomes visible.

The Embodied Healing Program is designed to support the inner capacities that help people reconnect with themselves, others, and community.

Regulation

Participants may build greater capacity to pause, breathe, notice activation, and return to presence.

Body Awareness

Participants may increase their ability to notice body signals, sensations, boundaries, and needs.

Self-Trust

Participants may develop more confidence in their ability to listen inwardly and make grounded choices.

Connection

Participants may experience more compassionate connection with themselves, others, and supportive community.

how we will track change

A thoughtful process from beginning to end.

Seed to Soul will use a simple, trauma-informed outcomes process to understand participant readiness, program experience, and changes reported before and after the program.

Because this work is body-based and relational, our measurement process will be designed to be clear, respectful, and not overwhelming.

01

Intake & Fit

Before enrollment, participants complete a brief interview or screening process to determine whether the program is appropriate, timely, and supportive for their needs.

02

Pre-Program Assessment

Participants complete a brief baseline assessment before the program begins, helping Seed to Soul understand starting points in awareness, regulation, connection, and perceived support.

03

Post-Program Reflection

At the end of the program, participants complete a post-program assessment and reflection so Seed to Soul can evaluate what changed and improve future delivery.

04

Partner Feedback

Partner organizations may provide feedback on attendance, engagement, fit, and observed value within their community or setting.

What we plan to measure

The indicators we will track

Participation

Enrollment, attendance, completion, and engagement.

Embodied Awareness

Participant self-reports of body awareness, self-observation, and ability to notice internal cues.

Regulation & Presence

Participant self-reports of grounding, emotional regulation, and ability to pause before reacting.

Connection & Support

Participant self-reports of feeling supported, less isolated, and more connected.

Program Experience

Participant satisfaction, perceived safety, usefulness, and likelihood of recommending the program.

These changes may be reflected through participant feedback, attendance, completion, facilitator observations, and partner input.

FIRST-YEAR OUTCOME GOALS

What we are building toward.

Participant Outcomes

Increased awareness, regulation, self-trust, connection, and perceived access to support.

Program Outcomes

Consistent attendance, completion rates, participant satisfaction, referral engagement, and partner feedback.

Community Outcomes

Expanded access to trauma-informed, body-based healing for communities that may not otherwise receive this kind of support.

OUR LEARNING COMMITMENT

We will measure, learn, and improve.

Seed to Soul is in the early stage of building its outcomes data. As programs are delivered, we will collect participant feedback, pre/post assessment data, attendance information, and partner input to help improve program quality and communicate impact with integrity.

Because Seed to Soul is a new organization, early outcomes will focus on baseline data, participant feedback, completion rates, partner observations, and pre/post self-assessment results.

Over time, this page will be updated with what we are learning, what participants are reporting, and how the program is strengthening access to healing in the communities we serve.
